My name is Carmen Sauciuc,
I'm the creator of FeelFulness® Feel a Feeling by Choice, with decades of Applied neuro-language experience, drawing upon the principles of Functionalism by William James, Transcendence by Carl Jung, Interspersal Tailoring by Milton Erickson, and Human Potential by Martin Seligman. My work is influenced by alchemy and shamanic practices and deeply rooted in neuroplasticity: shifting of one’s state of consciousness, which always involved the intentional shifting of one’s state of being.
When I first discovered Feelfulness’ potential for influence and motivation, my life took a 90-degree turn. This is the reason I developed the techniques, authored the book and created this website because feelfulness’ potential for generating a state of being (feel a feeling by choice) is unrivaled.
