Feel a Feeling by Choice goes beyond simply feeling your feelings /emotions—it’s about mastering the skill to choose the most appropriate embodied state required for a specific situation. This advanced skill /ability is crucial in guiding your clients through their healing /transformations.

No matter how much training you’ve had, this unique skill enhances your practice by allowing you to consciously Generate the Therapeutic State of Being that facilitate deeper healing, emotional regulation, and growth.  It’s the missing link in creating lasting impact and effectively leading your clients toward profound change.

By using persuasive language in the form of Word Triangles with evocative words, movers, and descriptors you create the artful shift in thought-feelings, thus Generating a State of Being.  Remember that experiences are a source of learning, and it is through Experiences that people acquire automatic habits.

Developing new automatic habits is actually rather simple with Feelfulness, all you need to do is practice a few Word Triangles with the word list I've given you.

Additionally, Word Triangles® serve as a powerful Diagnostic Tool by mapping the intricate relationships between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.  Through Word Triangles as evocators, movers, and descriptors practitioners can identify emotional conflict or cognitive dissonance.

This structured approach enables a clearer understanding of what emotions need to be addressed, helping to guide therapeutic interventions and craft tailored strategies for emotional and mental well-being.

As the creator of Feelfulness®, Carmen Sauciuc developed this system from the ground up—merging neuroscience, metapsychology, symbolic cognition, and advanced emotional design into a precise methodology for generating identity-level States of Being.

Feelfulness® is an original system. It teaches practitioners how to generate internal states on command, transfer therapeutic presence, and structure emotional-feeling architecture that reorganizes the client’s nervous system from within.

Carmen’s work is rooted in the belief that transformation is not created through insight or performance—but through embodied structure.

As your instructor, she teaches from lived mastery: modeling how to feel a feeling by choice, install internal scaffolding through Neuro-Language Constructs, and stabilize symbolic-emotional coherence for lasting identity evolution.

What is Feelfulness

Feelfulness is the transformative practice that involves intentionally experiencing specific feelings or positive emotions through the power of conscious choice. It goes beyond traditional mindfulness techniques by allowing you to actively shape your emotional states to create life long transformation.

Feelfulness as a skill holds the intention of Generating States of Being for practitioners and coaches to master the realm of embodied presence that transcends linguistic boundaries, allowing them to create profound shifts in their clients' lives because they become conduits of transformation, uplifting and elevating clients to new levels of well-being.

By Generating States of Being practitioners and coaches create profound shifts in their clients' lives because they become conduits of healing transformation, uplifting and elevating clients to higher levels of well-being.

Methodology

Feelfulness’ methodology is grounded in the concept of Neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to re-wire and adapt in reaction to new experiences and stimuli.

Some of the procedures are inspired by a common element from ancient spiritual traditions such as alchemy, and shamanism: shifting of one’s state of consciousness, which always involves the intentional shifting of one’s State of Being. Traditionally these spiritual processes are facilitated through a wide range of activities such as meditations, and other forms of cognitive therapy.

Principles

  1. CONSCIOUS CHOICE: At the core of Feelfulness is the principle of conscious choice. Individuals have the ability to deliberately select and cultivate specific feelings or emotions, empowering them to shape their internal states and ultimately their overall well-being.
  2. LINGUISTIC ELEMENTS: Feelfulness employs unique linguistic elements such as evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicates. These linguistic patterns serve as powerful tools to evoke and amplify chosen feelings, creating a heightened sense of emotional experience.
  3. NEUROPLASTICITY: Feelfulness is grounded in the principle of neuroplasticity, which refers to the brain's remarkable capacity to rewire and adapt in response to new experiences. By engaging in Feelfulness practices, individuals can create new neural pathways, rewiring their brains to support the cultivation of desired emotional states.
  4. INTENTIONAL SHIFT: Feelfulness draws inspiration from mindfulness and spiritual systems such as alchemy and shamanism, where intentional state shifting is central to personal transformation. By consciously shifting one's state of consciousness, individuals can explore and expand their emotional repertoire, fostering personal growth and self-awareness.
  5. EMBODIED PRESENCE: Feelfulness goes beyond traditional mindfulness practices, and it remains rooted in the principles of embodied presence. By cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, individuals can deepen their connection with their chosen feelings and emotions, enhancing the richness of their experiences.
  6. PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION: Feelfulness is a practice that aims to facilitate not only personal transformation but generate states of being. By consistently engaging in Feelfulness techniques, individuals can develop greater emotional intelligence and shape their personalities, leading to a more authentic self.
  7. INTEGRATION AND APPLICATION: Feelfulness encourages the integration and application of cultivated states of being into daily life. By embodying chosen feelings and emotions, individuals can align their actions, thoughts, and behaviors with their desired states, creating a more harmonious and purposeful existence.

You can choose to feel a feeling by choice, empowering yourself to unleash the immense power within. By cultivating special awareness and intentional focus, you can tap into the transformative force of your subconscious, paving the way for profound transformation.

Why? Because deep within you lies the powerful realm of the feeling mind, the true essence of your subconscious mind which holds the key to shaping your experiences.  With Feelfulness® you gain the ability to navigate this inner landscape consciously.

With Feelfulness®, you embrace the extraordinary capacity to shape your emotional reality and create fulfilling experiences on your terms. How would you like to feel?

I worry that taking this course may challenge my current beliefs and practices. How can I navigate this concern?

It is natural to feel some discomfort when confronted with new ideas or perspectives. However, approaching this course with an open mind and a willingness to explore can lead to personal and professional growth.

The course encourages critical thinking, self-reflection, and integration of new knowledge into your existing framework. You can evaluate and adapt the techniques and concepts to align with your therapeutic approach while also embracing opportunities for expansion and improvement.

While a state of "being" and a state of "mind" are related, they are not the same thing. A person's state of being can influence their state of mind, and vice versa, but they are distinct concepts.

The verb to be is an example of a state, verb which relates to the state of being.  In other words, if you ARE, then you are in the state of being. If something EXISTS, it is in the state of being too.
"To be" is the primary state-of-being verb:
"Jane is a mother."
"Ron was sick."
"Cory is intelligent."

The subject is renamed by a predicate nominative (mother) or a predicate adjective (intelligent).

You CAN control your state of being.

When you choose which state of being you’d like to experience, you’ll be able to determine and direct your outcome.  Feelfulness provides the tools for exactly that.

In mindfulness, a "State" refers to a temporary condition where you are aware of your thoughts and feelings and able to stay present when distractions arise.

A "Trait" is the more permanent ability to enter a mindful perspective at will, where you recognize what you are thinking and feeling, accept them without judgment, and keep your focus on being present.

With Feelfulness, Feel a Feeling by Choice you gain insight into the underlying causes of your feelings and take conscious steps to modify or change how you feel by choosing to Feel a Feeling on purpose.

We will use the term Generate a State of Being, because "State" is a more commonly used term than "Trait."

Crafting the ability to generate a state of being and then making it available (provide it) to those around, is an invaluable skill to possess.

Having the capability to make this “feeling” accessible to your patients, clients, students, and loved ones gives you a true advantage for healthy influence and motivation.

It has a tremendous impact on the whole world and is a highly desirable accomplishment for yourself.

Most importantly, feelfulness transitions you from a binary mindset to a dynamic, multifaceted state of being.

For example to transition from the dual state of confident vs doubtful, you are encouraged to utilize both facets of this dual state by adding a new perspective: doubt the old perceived limitations and consider recognizing current strengths which enables you to feel -not just think- but truly feel the inner confidence which opens up a world of possibilities that extends far beyond you current perceptions.

Further more, this enables you to acquire a balanced state of assurance as opposed to to a state of uncertainty.

I often struggle with self-doubt as a creative professional. Can this course help me overcome that?

Yes! Emotional regulation and detached observation techniques taught in the course which will help you manage self-doubt and cultivate a more positive and resilient mindset. You'll learn strategies to recognize and overcome limiting beliefs, allowing your creative expression to flourish.

Feelings are the perceptions of physiological changes, whereas emotions are mental images, representing internal or external states of reality.

Emotional experience is believed to be subjective, varying in intensity and quality depending on factors such as your personality, cultural norms, and situational context.

Feelfulness is a powerful tool that you can use to gain greater control over your thoughts, feelings and emotions. This leads to an overall improved state of being, allowing you to be more feelful with your positive feelings, become better equipped to manage difficult emotions, and more be confident in your ability to grow and develop through this incredible power of neuroplasticity.

Your manner of thinking, feeling, and acting is defined by your unique personality traits; these traits are a blend of genetic and environmental influences, and go through changes as you are exposed to new experiences.

Thus, through purposefully crafted experiences you can develop (or modify existing personality traits) for example, an individual who is naturally introverted may develop more extroverted traits and an individual who is more deceitful can develop more honesty traits.
You achieve this through the use of distinctive language constructs comprised of evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicate structures.

Evocative words and phrases stimulate you emotional response - strongly positive or negative reactions- beyond their literal meaning because they are vague, and everyone has a subjective experience of what the words means to them.

These language constructs as word triangles help you create /modify /generate a state and through repetition (thought-feeling practices) help you create a more permanent ability to enter a feelful state at will.

This is mastery!

I have limited resources as a small business owner. Is this course worth the investment?

Absolutely! Investing in your personal growth and skill development will have a significant impact on your business.

The techniques you'll learn can help you optimize your performance, improve decision-making, and drive better results, making it a valuable investment for your business's long-term success.

Word Triangles are linguistic elements such as evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicates, to evoke an experience in which you learn to generate a state of being.

Feelfulness takes the concept of mindfulness to even greater depths by compelling you to become your chosen thought-feelings, cultivating a positive psychological state and developing new or modifying existing personality traits, all made possible by the incredible power of neuroplasticity.

Researchers discovered that sentences with unusual grammar or unexpected meaning activate the brain's language processing centers more than straightforward or nonsensical sentences, because Complex Sentences Fire Up Brain’s Language Centers

Sentences requiring cognitive effort to decipher, such as those with unusual grammar or meaning, evoked the highest brain responses. The study offers insights into how the brain processes language and has potential applications in understanding higher-level cognition.

Key Facts:

1. MIT researchers used an artificial language network and functional MRI to study the brain’s language processing regions’ responses to different sentences.

2. Sentences with linguistic complexity and surprisal, requiring cognitive effort, activated the language centers more strongly.

3. The study’s findings can help improve our understanding of how the brain processes language and may have broader implications for cognitive research.

The basic idea of a mind triangle is that it consists of three points, each representing a different aspect of an individual's experience: thoughts, feelings, and behavior.

When you experience a distressing thought or emotion, you often get caught up in it and view it as an absolute truth, this leads to a binary mindset where you feel like you have only two options: 1. to believe the thought or emotion or 2. to push them away.  Yet, this binary mindset can be limiting and may not allow for a more nuanced understanding of your experience.

For example, if you are experiencing the distressing thought and emotion "I am a failure," you might initially feel trapped in this thought and emotion and see it as an absolute truth.

However, using a mind triangle, you learn to view this thought as just one aspect of your experience; then you notice that it is the thought that makes you feel anxious and depressed, which in turn leads you to avoid situations where you might fail.

By examining all the three points of the word /mind triangle, you begin to see this one thought is not resourceful and that you have other options besides believing it or avoiding situations or experiences where you think you might fail.

With the word /mind triangles as a powerful tool for cognitive defusion, you begin to develop a more complex and nuanced understanding of your experience, rather than getting stuck in the binary experience.  Feeling "stuck" then creates the experience of being a failure simply out of "thin air," only it is not "thin air."

Are you a failure?

No, you're not!

Neuroplasticity and inner alchemy are concepts from very different disciplines, but they share a thematic connection in how they relate to transformation and adaptation.

1. Scientific Basis: Neuroplasticity is a neuroscience concept, grounded in the physical and biological sciences. It refers to the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. This capacity allows the brain to recover from injuries, adapt to new situations, or learn new information.

2. Mechanism: The changes in neural pathways and synapses are often the result of learning, experience, or as a response to environmental demands.

3. Observable Changes: The changes brought about by neuroplasticity can often be measured or observed through various scientific methods, such as brain imaging technologies.

How can I manage the course if I have trouble staying attentive and engaged?

I understand the challenges you may face, and the course structure takes that into account. The materials are designed to be interactive, and divided into manageable sections.

Mostly, course also offers techniques to improve attention and focus, which you can apply during the learning process. Additionally, you can set realistic goals, take breaks when needed, and utilize strategies to support your attention during the course.

Carl Jung's perspective on inner alchemy transforms it from a purely mystical or spiritual practice into a psychological process. Here’s how Jungian inner alchemy differs and aligns with the original concept:

1. Psychological Integration: Jung interpreted inner alchemy as a process of individuation, where an individual integrates different aspects of their personality to achieve a whole, balanced self. This includes reconciling the conscious with the unconscious parts of the psyche.

2. Transformation of the Self: The goal of Jungian inner alchemy is not the transmutation of physical substances, but the transformation and development of the psyche. This involves personal growth, self-realization, and achieving a deeper understanding of one's self and one’s place in the cosmos.

3. Stages of Development: Similar to the stages in traditional alchemy (nigredo, albedo, rubedo), Jung described stages in psychological development and healing that individuals go through in the process of individuation. Each stage represents a phase of encountering and integrating different elements of the psyche.

Feel a Feeling by Choice Skillset: This unique aspect of Feelfulness training teaches you to deliberately choose and influence your feelings, a skill that no other training provides, empowering you to better manage your emotional responses and achieve desired outcomes.

Feelfulness’ methodology is grounded in the concept of Neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to re-wire and adapt in reaction to new experiences and stimuli; some procedures are inspired by a common element from spiritual systems such as inner-alchemy, and shamanism: shifting of one’s state of consciousness, which always involved the intentional shifting of one’s state of being.

Traditionally this process is facilitated through a wide range of activities such as mindfulness practices, meditations, and other forms of cognitive therapy.

Feelfulness takes these practices to greater heights with fun exercises and profound healing by providing a deep transformational Self in a very short time, compared to the older methodologies.

Level 1 – Grounding the Architect: Identity Calibration through Metacognition

Focus: Developing identity-level awareness through advanced metacognitive observation, attentional allocation, and internal architecture mapping.

Core Skills:

  • Differentiating Identity Layers from Narrative Loops
  • Thought-Feeling Mapping (pre-symbolic dissection)
  • Recognizing internal misalignments and symbolic false structures
  • Daily “Notice–Observe–Hold” protocols
  • Simultaneous Attention & Structured Observation
  • Practicing stillness beneath reaction

Objective:
Stabilize internal witnessing. Dissolve distorted identity reflexes that cloud emotional design. Become capable of distinguishing between generated states and reactive echo-patterns.

Neuroscience Integration:

  • Prefrontal Cortex (executive attention, intentional observation)
  • Posterior Parietal Cortex (spatial attention, integration of focus)
  • Default Mode Network (DMN) suppression (interrupting identity-narrative fixation)
  • Anterior Cingulate Cortex (ACC) (conflict detection, attentional switching)
Outcome Focus:
By the end of this level, the practitioner will have rewired attentional pathways to interrupt reflexive activation and established a stable observational posture grounded in prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate coherence.
You will be able to:
  • Maintain stable internal observation during client emotional flux
  • Identify your own identity-based reactivity without entering it
  • Reorient attention without cognitive strain
  • Interrupt Default Mode Network patterns through intentional focus
  • Create neuroplastic spaciousness for identity recalibration

Level 2 – Clearing the Field: Metaemotional Recalibration

Focus: Identifying and restructuring metaemotional distortions—the emotional-feeling overlays that shape perception, memory, and symbolic reaction patterns.

Core Skills:

  • Emotional Tone Differentiation vs. Sentiment Echo
  • Uninstalling old symbolic-emotional identities
  • Somatic recalibration (Vagal tone, internal posture, insular alignment)
  • Pre-encoding rituals using Word Triangles (diagnostic emphasis)
  • Internal posture shifts for self-coherence
Objective:

Create spaciousness in the inner field by neutralizing distorted emotional architectures—those inherited or installed through unconscious resonance. Reconfigure identity around emotional clarity.

Neuroscience Integration:

  • Insular Cortex (interoceptive awareness and emotional-body integration)
  • Amygdala (patterned emotional reactivity, fear imprinting)
  • Hippocampus (symbolic-emotional memory encoding and reconsolidation)
  • Ventromedial Prefrontal Cortex (vmPFC) (integration of emotional context)
Objective:
Reduce unconscious emotional distortion by activating the brain’s symbolic and interoceptive mapping systems. Prepare the field for neuro-language installation.

Outcome Focus:

You will have identified and dissolved embedded metaemotional overlays, allowing for clean emotional-feeling design. The practitioner’s nervous system begins operating from insula–PFC–hippocampus coherence, rather than amygdala-driven imprinting.
You will be able to:
  • Recognize inherited or distorted emotional architectures
  • Disentangle symbolic contamination from authentic emotional signals
  • Restore clarity in emotional tone, pacing, and symbolic matching
  • Prepare the nervous system for Word Triangle receptivity
  • Build field coherence as a prerequisite to therapeutic transmission

Level 3 – Designing Identity: Word Triangles & Emotional Architecture

Focus: Begin building intentional emotional-feeling constructs using Neuro-Language and Word Triangle design.

Core Skills:

  • Prescriptive Word Triangle construction
  • Layered symbolic encoding with Thought-Feeling Practices
  • Rehearsal-based emotional imprinting
  • Procedural identity anchoring through language-feeling pairing
  • Installation vs. suggestion (clarifying therapeutic approach)
Objective:

Shift from dismantling to designing. Create intentional architectures that stabilize new identity-level states. Begin generating therapeutic coherence by choice.

Neuroscience Integration:

  • Basal Ganglia (procedural memory, symbolic-feeling automation)
  • Amygdala & Insula (emotional tone engagement and interoception)
  • Hippocampus (encoding symbolic-emotional memory for recall)
  • ACC (neuroplastic integration of new symbolic-emotional structures)
  • Prefrontal Cortex (top-down symbolic design)
Objective:
Shift from reactive emotional states to designed symbolic-feeling structures. Install identity-level architecture through repeated neuro-emotional engagement.

Outcome Focus:

You will be capable of constructing and rehearsing Word Triangles that restructure identity, not through suggestion but through symbolic–neural imprinting rooted in the amygdala, basal ganglia, insula, and hippocampus.
You will be able to:
  • Utilize neuro-language-emotion structures and build precise Triangle corrections
  • Install symbolic-feeling frameworks that modify procedural memory
  • Apply neuro-language through Thought-Feeling Practice
  • Anchor new emotional configurations through repetition and neural rest
  • Distinguish between symbolic resonance and affirmational bypassing

Level 4 – Becoming the Architecture: State Generation & Therapeutic Presence

Focus:
Deep practice of State Generation and Embodied Presence, including advanced internal rehearsal, state layering, and emotional transference preparation.

Core Skills:

  • Stacking States of Being
  • Identity as Procedural Memory
  • Nervous system entrainment through therapeutic posture
  • Field coherence as resonance tool
  • State layering for multi-role navigation (coach, healer, leader)
Objective:

Stabilize elevated States of Being across conditions. Shift from self-work to therapeutic field generation. Establish presence as architecture—not just presence as performance.

Neuroscience Integration:

  • DMN modulation (from narrative-based identity to constructed presence)
  • Cerebellum (affective-motor feedback in posture and presence regulation)
  • ACC and PFC loop (executive-state stability)
  • Long-term potentiation pathways (identity reinforcement through repetition)
  • Polyvagal system (stabilizing vagal tone through emotional-feeling states)
Objective:
Reinforce identity-level states as default emotional-feeling configurations. Transition from concept to presence.

Outcome Focus:

You will have internalized the ability to generate, layer, and stabilize States of Being as emotionally coherent, neurologically retrievable identity fields. The nervous system becomes trained in polyvagal regulation, DMN inhibition, and cerebellar-affective feedback.
You will be able to:
  • Generate desired emotional-feeling states at will, under pressure
  • Sustain internal symbolic configurations across changing contexts
  • Build complex internal States that guide language, posture, and field
  • Reinforce identity-level architectures with minimal narrative dependence
  • Apply layered triangle practice for situational presence mastery

Level 5 – Transferring Consciousness: Symbolic Transmission & Collective Influence

Focus:
Training in Transferring Consciousness—the practitioner’s ability to generate, stabilize, and transmit therapeutic states through resonance, symbolic action, and collective field work.

Core Skills:

  • Resonant Transference Practices
  • Collective Archetype Rewiring
  • Advanced Field Reading and Group-State Regulation
  • Symbolic Presence in Language, Movement, and Silence
  • Evolution of Consciousness as lived embodiment
Objective:

Become the structure others regulate to. Function as a stable node of therapeutic consciousness. Transmit not advice, but identity-level resonance.

Neuroscience Integration:

  • Mirror Neuron System (non-verbal behavioral and emotional attunement)
  • Limbic Entrainment (emotion-body resonance across relational space)
  • Polyvagal Theory systems (autonomic regulation through presence)
  • DMN-to-Salience Network shift (client shifts from internal story to relational state)
  • Somatosensory Cortex (practitioner felt-sense modulation influencing client awareness)
Objective:
The practitioner no longer applies method—they become the therapeutic field. Transformation occurs through embodied identity resonance, not intervention.

Outcome Focus:

You will become neurologically and symbolically capable of Transferring Consciousness through mirror neuron activation, limbic entrainment, and field-level coherence. Your State of Being becomes an instrument of healing, not your technique.
You will be able to:
  • Transmit stability, clarity, and symbolic resonance into the client field
  • Influence subconscious identity structures without verbal intervention
  • Maintain therapeutic coherence across emotional intensity and symbolic transference
  • Reconfigure your presence to match collective, group, or systemic dynamics
  • Embody the architecture of transformation, not just speak about it

Testimonials

"by God that was at least 100% of shared engagement and presence and modeling what it was you were communicating... I thought that was phenomenal it was a whole different level from all the demonstrations I've seen thus far in the intensives... because the danger with a lot of these exercises is that people are putting quite a bit of emotions into trying to tie the technique but you just said the heck with that and you Embodied it and you Were There and that's what I picked up and Felt what you were doing so that was highly impressive stuff, a whole 'nother level ... "These skills come in handy throughout the day. I’m having to navigate difficult conversations throughout the day. I’m feeling very capable and I have the tools and the inner strength to self-advocate and
advocate for my students as well.

“The most amazing effect from doing this work, totally, incredibly life changing! I find myself not “reacting” to other people’s “stuff” much anymore! I feel wonderful in my body and mind. My relationships have gotten better and easier. My business relationships have improved. And, especially interesting, is that I’m happy without effort!!! Thank you so much, Carmen, for your patience and dedication! This has been one of the most precious experiences in my life. What a gift. Please don’t stop your work!”

"I hope people catch on to what’s happening here with these particular classes because it’s something very special. Unlike any course I’ve encountered so far. Higher-level content. I’m still new but what I can say is, in general, watch/listen to these lessons repeatedly. Let it wash over you and maybe as you do you can enjoy just wondering what it might be like to experience something new, something expansive, the sort of thing that most everyone truly wants at a deeper level. You’ll see, you’ll know."

"Amazingly complex ideas that are presented in an easy-flow! This training will help you develop the skillset of  consciously generating states of mind ideas of psychology, ideas from meta-psychology, ideas from neurobiology and by using, thought-feeling practice you access the higher mind (wise mind) faster. Oh, and the word triangles, they are a tour de force of ideas that are directly accessible to anyone, ideas that are not found anywhere else.
Highly recommended."

"I don't think there is enough attention put into thinking about how feelings impact our lives, minute to minute. This is an eye opening experience." NN, USA

"What I like about you most is that you don't try to change my beliefs but work with it and I really appreciate this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart"

“There are many "big-hat coaches" nowadays that claim to have a vast amount of information that can "change your life" and while they may offer phenomenal information that may in-fact alter one's trajectory, I have yet to come across a MENTOR who EXPLAINS in detail the importance of chosen Thoughts and Feelings and how to use them effectively to achieve my results. I applaud you, for your impeccable crystal clear guidance and instruction in this universe of "abstract" and Thank you for your beautiful spirit."  Joy J

"I can see how being focused from higher mind allows us better and more accurate productivity. The higher mind is more complex. We need to learn to relax and clear our minds. We need to find ways to focus on our inner thoughts. In order to achieve better attention and a more focused mind. We need to become self aware and adapt a new and clearer way of thinking. It's interesting that when you focus on an image how the mind knows how to concentrate better. It's nice to be so relaxed and at ease. Becoming more self aware and being more present is a good skill to have." Nick Y, USA

“In this crazy and quickly moving world, as most of us are, I struggle keeping up with demands, overwhelm, procrastination, lack of energy and focus, skewed self image and lack of confidence. I do not know what kind higher powers this wonderful lady has, but just after few classes, I felt so much mental clarity, focus, energy and was able to do in one day what I was putting off and finding excuses not to do in weeks. Thank you."
