Feelfulness is the transformative practice that involves intentionally experiencing specific feelings or positive emotions through the power of conscious choice. It goes beyond traditional mindfulness techniques by allowing you to actively shape your emotional states to create life long transformation.
Feelfulness as a skill holds the intention of Generating States of Being for practitioners and coaches to master the realm of embodied presence that transcends linguistic boundaries, allowing them to create profound shifts in their clients' lives because they become conduits of transformation, uplifting and elevating clients to new levels of well-being.
By Generating States of Being practitioners and coaches create profound shifts in their clients' lives because they become conduits of healing transformation, uplifting and elevating clients to higher levels of well-being.
Feelfulness’ methodology is grounded in the concept of Neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to re-wire and adapt in reaction to new experiences and stimuli.
Some of the procedures are inspired by a common element from ancient spiritual traditions such as alchemy, and shamanism: shifting of one’s state of consciousness, which always involves the intentional shifting of one’s State of Being. Traditionally these spiritual processes are facilitated through a wide range of activities such as meditations, and other forms of cognitive therapy.
Training with Feelfulness uniquely blends advanced techniques and scientific insights to enhance both personal and professional development. Here’s what you get when you train in Feelfulness:
The training has been shaped in part by the principles of Jungian alchemy and archetypal work, which places emphasis on exploring universal patterns and symbols that are deeply embedded in the collective unconscious of human beings. This approach recognizes that these archetypes (experiences), which are present in various forms across cultures and history, have a significant impact on your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors.
As a result, this training program incorporates a range of techniques and practices, immersive experiences that help you identify and work with chosen /positive archetypes in your personal and professional lives.
This may involve exploring neuroscience, symbolism, journeying, thought-feeling practices as well as learning how to recognize and interpret archetypal patterns that may be influencing your perceptions and actions, past and present.
Through this training, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and develop skills to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and situations. By working with archetypes, you will gain insights into your own (and your clients) motivations and behaviors, and learn how to tap into these inner resources.
Then, with the thought-feeling practices, crafted with word triangles in simultaneous time, you learn how to Feel a Feeling by Choice and Generate States of Being both for your Authentic Self and Therapeutically for your clients.

Alchemizing emotions is essential for practitioners aiming to deepen their therapeutic impact. It involves actively managing and reshaping emotional experiences, empowering both therapists and clients to deliberately influence and change emotional responses. This process shifts the dynamic of transference to actively crafting emotional landscapes for both practitioner and client.
Unique linguistic elements such as evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicates patterns -Word Triangles- serve as powerful tools to evoke and amplify chosen feelings, creating a heightened sense of experience.
Through the "Feel a Feeling by Choice Skillset" provided in Feelfulness training, practitioners learn to select and modify feelings deliberately, enhancing their ability to guide clients in achieving desired emotional states.
This skill is crucial for therapeutic success, allowing practitioners to facilitate deep emotional healing and sustained mental well-being by turning typical emotional reactions into thoughtful, therapeutic responses.

"Heal the Healer" is an important concept because healers—whether they are therapists, counselors, doctors, or spiritual guides—often absorb a lot of the emotional and physical stress from the people they help.
Here’s why healers themselves might need healing:
1. Emotional Fatigue: Healers are regularly exposed to the traumas, stresses, and pains of others. This can lead to compassion fatigue or secondary traumatic stress, where the healer experiences emotional and physical symptoms similar to PTSD.
2. Self-Neglect: In their commitment to caring for others, healers might neglect their own emotional and physical needs. This can lead to burnout, decreased effectiveness, and personal health issues.
3. Mirror Own Issues: Healing others can often mirror a healer’s own unresolved issues. They might encounter cases that resonate deeply with their personal challenges, which can be triggering and require their own healing work.
4. Maintaining Effectiveness: To be effective in their roles, healers need to be at their best physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Regular self-care and healing ensure they maintain their ability to help others without being overwhelmed.
5. Spiritual and Emotional Growth: Healing can be a profound journey of self-discovery for healers, too. Engaging in their healing allows them to explore deeper layers of their consciousness and spirituality, enhancing their capacity to assist others.
6. Setting Boundaries: Learning to heal and care for themselves helps healers establish healthier boundaries with those they help, which is crucial for long-term sustainability in caregiving professions.
7. Renewal and Rejuvenation: Healers also need periods of renewal and rejuvenation to replenish their energy and regain their strength, allowing them to continue their practice effectively.
In essence, "Heal the Healer" acknowledges that healers are human too, and maintaining their health is essential for them to continue being a healing presence in the lives of others.

Healing through Jungian inner alchemy is considered profound and long-lasting for several reasons, primarily due to its depth and comprehensive approach to personal transformation.
Here’s why it stands out:
1. Archetypal Insights: Jungian psychology introduces individuals to the universal patterns and images that reside in the collective unconscious—archetypes. Understanding these can help people see the larger patterns in their lives, providing a greater context and meaning that aids in healing and personal growth.
2. Individuation Process: This is the core of Jungian therapy, where the goal is the realization of the Self, which encompasses both conscious and unconscious elements of one’s personality. This journey towards individuation helps individuals to become more whole, aligning their conscious lives with their true inner selves. This alignment is not just about healing from specific issues but fostering a deep, enduring transformation.
3. Integration of the Shadow: Jungian inner alchemy emphasizes the importance of acknowledging and integrating the shadow self—those parts of ourselves we deny or ignore. By bringing these aspects into consciousness and reconciling them, individuals achieve a more complete self-understanding, which promotes lasting psychological resilience and health.
4. Holistic Approach: Unlike some therapies that may focus only on symptom relief, Jungian inner alchemy aims for a holistic balance of mind, body, and spirit. It encourages a journey of self-exploration that considers spiritual and existential dimensions, leading to profound personal insights and transformations.
5. Transcendent Function: Jungian therapy fosters the transcendent function, a psychological process in which conscious and unconscious attitudes are brought together. This reconciliation of opposites leads to the development of a new, higher level of consciousness, which is key to long-term psychological change.
These elements make Jungian inner alchemy not just a method of treating psychological disturbances but a transformative experience that redefines and enhances an individual’s entire being, fostering sustained well-being and profound inner peace.

Prerequisite: The Authentic Self
Crafting the ability to generate a state of being and then making it available (provide it) to those around, is an invaluable skill to possess.
Having the capability to make this “feeling” accessible to your patients, clients, students, and loved ones gives you a true advantage for healthy influence and motivation.
It has a tremendous impact on the whole world and is a highly desirable accomplishment for yourself.
Most importantly, feelfulness transitions you from a binary mindset to a dynamic, multifaceted state of being.
For example to transition from the dual state of confident vs doubtful, you are encouraged to utilize both facets of this dual state by adding a new perspective: doubt the old perceived limitations and consider recognizing current strengths which enables you to feel -not just think- but truly feel the inner confidence which opens up a world of possibilities that extends far beyond you current perceptions.
When you know how to FEEL the needed State of Being for your clients, deep healing occurs for both you and the client.
This is Mastery!

While a state of "being" and a state of "mind" are related, they are not the same thing. A person's state of being can influence their state of mind, and vice versa, but they are distinct concepts.
The verb to be is an example of a state, verb which relates to the state of being. In other words, if you ARE, then you are in the state of being. If something EXISTS, it is in the state of being too.
"To be" is the primary state-of-being verb:
"Jane is a mother."
"Ron was sick."
"Cory is intelligent."
The subject is renamed by a predicate nominative (mother) or a predicate adjective (intelligent).
You CAN control your state of being.
When you choose which state of being you’d like to experience, you’ll be able to determine and direct your outcome. Feelfulness provides the tools for exactly that.
In mindfulness, a "State" refers to a temporary condition where you are aware of your thoughts and feelings and able to stay present when distractions arise.
A "Trait" is the more permanent ability to enter a mindful perspective at will, where you recognize what you are thinking and feeling, accept them without judgment, and keep your focus on being present.
With Feelfulness, Feel a Feeling by Choice you gain insight into the underlying causes of your feelings and take conscious steps to modify or change how you feel by choosing to Feel a Feeling on purpose.
We will use the term Generate a State of Being, because "State" is a more commonly used term than "Trait."

Further more, this enables you to acquire a balanced state of assurance as opposed to to a state of uncertainty.
Yes! Emotional regulation and detached observation techniques taught in the course which will help you manage self-doubt and cultivate a more positive and resilient mindset. You'll learn strategies to recognize and overcome limiting beliefs, allowing your creative expression to flourish.
Feelings are the perceptions of physiological changes, whereas emotions are mental images, representing internal or external states of reality.
Emotional experience is believed to be subjective, varying in intensity and quality depending on factors such as your personality, cultural norms, and situational context.
Feelfulness is a powerful tool that you can use to gain greater control over your thoughts, feelings and emotions. This leads to an overall improved state of being, allowing you to be more feelful with your positive feelings, become better equipped to manage difficult emotions, and more be confident in your ability to grow and develop through this incredible power of neuroplasticity.
Your manner of thinking, feeling, and acting is defined by your unique personality traits; these traits are a blend of genetic and environmental influences, and go through changes as you are exposed to new experiences.
Thus, through purposefully crafted experiences you can develop (or modify existing personality traits) for example, an individual who is naturally introverted may develop more extroverted traits and an individual who is more deceitful can develop more honesty traits.
You achieve this through the use of distinctive language constructs comprised of evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicate structures.
Evocative words and phrases stimulate you emotional response - strongly positive or negative reactions- beyond their literal meaning because they are vague, and everyone has a subjective experience of what the words means to them.
These language constructs as word triangles help you create /modify /generate a state and through repetition (thought-feeling practices) help you create a more permanent ability to enter a feelful state at will.
This is mastery!
Absolutely! Investing in your personal growth and skill development will have a significant impact on your business.
The techniques you'll learn can help you optimize your performance, improve decision-making, and drive better results, making it a valuable investment for your business's long-term success.
Word Triangles are linguistic elements such as evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicates, to evoke an experience in which you learn to generate a state of being.
Feelfulness takes the concept of mindfulness to even greater depths by compelling you to become your chosen thought-feelings, cultivating a positive psychological state and developing new or modifying existing personality traits, all made possible by the incredible power of neuroplasticity.
Researchers discovered that sentences with unusual grammar or unexpected meaning activate the brain's language processing centers more than straightforward or nonsensical sentences, because Complex Sentences Fire Up Brain’s Language Centers
Sentences requiring cognitive effort to decipher, such as those with unusual grammar or meaning, evoked the highest brain responses. The study offers insights into how the brain processes language and has potential applications in understanding higher-level cognition.
Key Facts:
1. MIT researchers used an artificial language network and functional MRI to study the brain’s language processing regions’ responses to different sentences.
2. Sentences with linguistic complexity and surprisal, requiring cognitive effort, activated the language centers more strongly.
3. The study’s findings can help improve our understanding of how the brain processes language and may have broader implications for cognitive research.

The basic idea of a mind triangle is that it consists of three points, each representing a different aspect of an individual's experience: thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
When you experience a distressing thought or emotion, you often get caught up in it and view it as an absolute truth, this leads to a binary mindset where you feel like you have only two options: 1. to believe the thought or emotion or 2. to push them away. Yet, this binary mindset can be limiting and may not allow for a more nuanced understanding of your experience.
For example, if you are experiencing the distressing thought and emotion "I am a failure," you might initially feel trapped in this thought and emotion and see it as an absolute truth.
However, using a mind triangle, you learn to view this thought as just one aspect of your experience; then you notice that it is the thought that makes you feel anxious and depressed, which in turn leads you to avoid situations where you might fail.
By examining all the three points of the word /mind triangle, you begin to see this one thought is not resourceful and that you have other options besides believing it or avoiding situations or experiences where you think you might fail.
With the word /mind triangles as a powerful tool for cognitive defusion, you begin to develop a more complex and nuanced understanding of your experience, rather than getting stuck in the binary experience. Feeling "stuck" then creates the experience of being a failure simply out of "thin air," only it is not "thin air."
Are you a failure?
No, you're not!
Neuroplasticity and inner alchemy are concepts from very different disciplines, but they share a thematic connection in how they relate to transformation and adaptation.
1. Scientific Basis: Neuroplasticity is a neuroscience concept, grounded in the physical and biological sciences. It refers to the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. This capacity allows the brain to recover from injuries, adapt to new situations, or learn new information.
2. Mechanism: The changes in neural pathways and synapses are often the result of learning, experience, or as a response to environmental demands.
3. Observable Changes: The changes brought about by neuroplasticity can often be measured or observed through various scientific methods, such as brain imaging technologies.
I understand the challenges you may face, and the course structure takes that into account. The materials are designed to be interactive, and divided into manageable sections.
Mostly, course also offers techniques to improve attention and focus, which you can apply during the learning process. Additionally, you can set realistic goals, take breaks when needed, and utilize strategies to support your attention during the course.
Carl Jung's perspective on inner alchemy transforms it from a purely mystical or spiritual practice into a psychological process. Here’s how Jungian inner alchemy differs and aligns with the original concept:
1. Psychological Integration: Jung interpreted inner alchemy as a process of individuation, where an individual integrates different aspects of their personality to achieve a whole, balanced self. This includes reconciling the conscious with the unconscious parts of the psyche.
2. Transformation of the Self: The goal of Jungian inner alchemy is not the transmutation of physical substances, but the transformation and development of the psyche. This involves personal growth, self-realization, and achieving a deeper understanding of one's self and one’s place in the cosmos.
3. Stages of Development: Similar to the stages in traditional alchemy (nigredo, albedo, rubedo), Jung described stages in psychological development and healing that individuals go through in the process of individuation. Each stage represents a phase of encountering and integrating different elements of the psyche.
Feel a Feeling by Choice Skillset: This unique aspect of Feelfulness training teaches you to deliberately choose and influence your feelings, a skill that no other training provides, empowering you to better manage your emotional responses and achieve desired outcomes.
Feelfulness’ methodology is grounded in the concept of Neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to re-wire and adapt in reaction to new experiences and stimuli; some procedures are inspired by a common element from spiritual systems such as inner-alchemy, and shamanism: shifting of one’s state of consciousness, which always involved the intentional shifting of one’s state of being.
Traditionally this process is facilitated through a wide range of activities such as mindfulness practices, meditations, and other forms of cognitive therapy.
Feelfulness takes these practices to greater heights with fun exercises and profound healing by providing a deep transformational Self in a very short time, compared to the older methodologies.
Increasing Awareness we already know how to do. But Feeling a Feeling by Choice when we need to Change an emotion that does not lead to a fulfilled life, is a completely different Skill-Set.
Not only will you learn to ensure you are never "over-run" by emotions but you will learn hoe to GENERATE a FEELING that will lead to an Emotion.
Effortlessly Generating a State for your clients begins with mastering Generating a Feeling that Leads to a State, having a clear discernment over the similarities and differences over the emoti-flavors between various states of being (not just state of mind).
Once mastered, your generated state can be made available or transferred so-to-speak to your client or an audience (colleagues, family, or group of people).
Thoughts and feelings affect who we become and what we achieve: when we gain the power to change them, we gain the power to change our circumstances, our health, and our life’s purpose, we gain the power to choose HOW you wish to experience the world.
Whether you’re a people helper (practitioner) or managing /leading people,
learning how to Generate a State (feel a feeling by choice) is for You!
Why?
Because it is not just an ADVANCED Skill but it is CONCEPTUAL meaning you can use it in a way that is good for you at whatever you do that you can do better.
Feelfulness is one of the most advanced skills to acquire and to master and once practiced enough number of times, in my experience, it has become an automatic habit for me and for everyone I taught this as a SKILL.
Effortlessly generating states for your clients begins with mastering generating states for yourself first, having a clear discernment over the similarities and differences over the flavors (gradients) between various states of being (not just state of mind, but your experiences, that which you feel).
Once mastered, your generated state can be made available or transferred to your client or an audience (colleagues, family, or group of people).
This is the reason why is necessary to increase your acuity, perfecting your detached observation skills (or at least attempting to) that non-biased type of keen observation, so when and if you get to the negative patterns, you will already have the skill to neutralize the undesired emotional reaction (triggers) and to choose your appropriate response by generating a state.
This is the secret to Mastery! (only nobody told you)
Lead singers do this very well, but they do not focus on projecting their state unto the audience, instead they focus on presenting their Mastery and they allow themselves to feel the feeling of, to "swim" in their mastery while performing, and this is how they have their fans “under their spell.”
It's not a "spell," it's FEELFULNESS!
Word triangles are an excellent strategy for constructing (creating) a state of mind. The creative process of thinking is an never ending flow. Thought management is the art of getting things done by making the best use of available resources: thoughts + words.
Word triangles strategy -MindTriangles- becomes the perfect tool for directing your stream of thoughts to constructing (creating) a state of mind. With said state of mind, then you can shift into (generate) a unique state of consciousness (feeling the experience).
Quite amazing if you ask me!

Training with Feelfulness uniquely blends advanced techniques and scientific insights to enhance both personal and professional development. Here’s what you get when you train in Feelfulness:
"by God that was at least 100% of shared engagement and presence and modeling what it was you were communicating... I thought that was phenomenal it was a whole different level from all the demonstrations I've seen thus far in the intensives... because the danger with a lot of these exercises is that people are putting quite a bit of emotions into trying to tie the technique but you just said the heck with that and you Embodied it and you Were There and that's what I picked up and Felt what you were doing so that was highly impressive stuff, a whole 'nother level ... "
JohnFL,
"These skills come in handy throughout the day. I’m having to navigate difficult conversations throughout the day. I’m feeling very capable and I have the tools and the inner strength to self-advocate and
advocate for my students as well.
TK, USA
“The most amazing effect from doing this work, totally, incredibly life changing! I find myself not “reacting” to other people’s “stuff” much anymore! I feel wonderful in my body and mind. My relationships have gotten better and easier. My business relationships have improved. And, especially interesting, is that I’m happy without effort!!! Thank you so much, Carmen, for your patience and dedication! This has been one of the most precious experiences in my life. What a gift. Please don’t stop your work!”
Ania W , USA
"I hope people catch on to what’s happening here with these particular classes because it’s something very special. Unlike any course I’ve encountered so far. Higher-level content. I’m still new but what I can say is, in general, watch/listen to these lessons repeatedly. Let it wash over you and maybe as you do you can enjoy just wondering what it might be like to experience something new, something expansive, the sort of thing that most everyone truly wants at a deeper level. You’ll see, you’ll know."
Christopher J
"Amazingly complex ideas that are presented in an easy-flow! This training will help you develop the skillset of consciously generating states of mind ideas of psychology, ideas from meta-psychology, ideas from neurobiology and by using, thought-feeling practice you access the higher mind (wise mind) faster. Oh, and the word triangles, they are a tour de force of ideas that are directly accessible to anyone, ideas that are not found anywhere else.
Highly recommended."
RG, USA
"I don't think there is enough attention put into thinking about how feelings impact our lives, minute to minute. This is an eye opening experience." NN, USA
"What I like about you most is that you don't try to change my beliefs but work with it and I really appreciate this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart"
EG, USA
“There are many "big-hat coaches" nowadays that claim to have a vast amount of information that can "change your life" and while they may offer phenomenal information that may in-fact alter one's trajectory, I have yet to come across a MENTOR who EXPLAINS in detail the importance of chosen Thoughts and Feelings and how to use them effectively to achieve my results. I applaud you, for your impeccable crystal clear guidance and instruction in this universe of "abstract" and Thank you for your beautiful spirit." Joy J
"I can see how being focused from higher mind allows us better and more accurate productivity. The higher mind is more complex. We need to learn to relax and clear our minds. We need to find ways to focus on our inner thoughts. In order to achieve better attention and a more focused mind. We need to become self aware and adapt a new and clearer way of thinking. It's interesting that when you focus on an image how the mind knows how to concentrate better. It's nice to be so relaxed and at ease. Becoming more self aware and being more present is a good skill to have." Nick Y, USA
“In this crazy and quickly moving world, as most of us are, I struggle keeping up with demands, overwhelm, procrastination, lack of energy and focus, skewed self image and lack of confidence. I do not know what kind higher powers this wonderful lady has, but just after few classes, I felt so much mental clarity, focus, energy and was able to do in one day what I was putting off and finding excuses not to do in weeks. Thank you."
