Three Books. One Journey.

From Identity Architecture to Creating Ease to Feelfulness®

Each book explores a different dimension of human transformation, from understanding who you are to consciously re-authoring who you are becoming. Together, they introduce the foundations, architecture, and therapeutic methodologies for restoring The Self to wholeness.

Re-Architecting Identity through Neuro-Language and States of Being

Identity Architecture takes transformation deeper, exploring how beliefs, memories, emotional-feeling patterns, and States of Being contribute to who we are. Grounded in Meta-Conscious Therapeutic Design, it introduces the work of consciously re-authoring Identity through Neuro-Language, moving beyond symptom management toward restoring coherence and wholeness at the level of The Self.

Consciously Create Who You Are Becoming

Written for everyone seeking greater fulfillment in life, the Creating Ease Trilogy explores three essential dimensions: @Self, @Work, and @Relationships. Through the Five Laws of Creating Ease, it introduces practical ways to understand The Self, overcome limiting patterns, build healthier relationships, and consciously shape a life of greater ease, clarity, and purpose.

Feel a Feeling by Choice. Generating States of Being.

Feelfulness® brings Identity Architecture into therapeutic application. Developed for practitioners, it introduces Meta-Conscious Design in Therapeutic Methodologies, integrating neuroscience, metacognition, metaemotion, and Neuro-Language. It teaches the foundations of consciously generating Therapeutic States of Being and transferring Therapeutic Consciousness, expanding therapeutic work beyond techniques toward Identity-Level transformation.

How They Connect

Creating Ease establishes the foundation for personal transformation. Identity Architecture reveals how The Self can be consciously re-authored. Feelfulness® provides the therapeutic system for applying this work with greater precision and mastery.

Three complementary works, each with its own purpose, united by one vision: restoring wholeness and consciously creating who we are becoming.

IDENTITY ARCHITECTURE

Re-Architecting Identity through Neuro-Language and States of Being

Foreword
by Maria Janal, PsyD Clinical Psychologist

Reading Identity Architecture through the lens of clinical psychology, I found Carmen Sauciuc’s central contribution immediately clear: she does not treat identity only as personality, self-concept, story, role, or symptom.

She presents identity as a living architecture generated through repeated patterns of thought, feeling, language, memory, body-state, protection, and State of Being.

This distinction matters because many people understand their histories, wounds, triggers, and patterns, yet still return to the same internal experience under stress. Carmen names the deeper question: not only what a person feels, thinks, remembers, or does, but what architecture keeps generating the experience of self.

Her use of language as architecture is one of the most important contributions of this work.  Through Neuro-Language and Word Triangles, words become more than descriptors. They become structural elements used to reveal, organize, and redirect internal experience.

The line “The familiar feels true before it feels good” captures a central reality of change. People often return to what is familiar not because it is healthy, but because the nervous system recognizes it.  The book also offers a meaningful discussion of empathy, Self-Other distinction, practitioner presence, and the practitioner’s State of Being.

Carmen recognizes that therapeutic presence is not merely a pleasant quality. It becomes part of the therapeutic field itself. Identity Architecture is not simply a theory of identity.

It is a structural redefinition of identity as something that can be observed, generated, and re-architected.

For practitioners and readers alike, this book offers a new way to understand the relationship between The Self, repeated patterns, language, States of Being, and becoming.

FEELFULNESS

Meta-Conscious Therapeutic Design

Foreword
by Randall Griffith, LCSW, CHt

In over four decades of professional experience in emotional and behavioral health, I’ve encountered a wide array of therapeutic models—each promising transformation, many delivering fragments. Yet seldom does a system appear that rewires the very foundation of how practitioners engage with healing itself.

Feelfulness® is that system. It is not another set of techniques. It is a full-spectrum framework for conscious transformation—precise, layered, and grounded in both neuroscience and therapeutic mastery. Carmen Sauciuc has not merely authored a book—she has engineered an architecture. One that allows the practitioner to generate internal therapeutic states with clarity and transmit them through the nervous system into the relational field.

This is where the innovation lies. Feelfulness introduces a Neuro-Symbolic methodology, one in which language is not descriptive but generative. Through Word Triangles and Thought-Feeling Practices, internal states are not managed—they are designed, stabilized, and embodied. This work redefines what it means to heal, not through suggestion or insight, but through resonance.

As a clinician and supervisor, I’ve long believed that the most effective therapists are not those with the most knowledge—but those whose presence transmits coherence. This book teaches precisely that skill. It gives form to what has often been elusive: the ability to Feel a Feeling by Choice and become the very medicine the client unconsciously seeks.  Feelfulness belongs on the shelf of every serious practitioner—and more importantly, it belongs in their nervous system. It will not only change how you work. It will change who you are while doing the work—and how profoundly your clients transform in your presence.

CREATING EASE Trilogy

THE ARCHITECTURE OF CREATING EASE

Creating Ease is not a single shift.
It is a trilogy of transformations: how you meet your Self, how you move through your Work, and how you navigate your Relationships.
Each one is distinct.
Each one is essential.
And together, they form the full architecture of a life designed by Ease.

Creating Ease @Self begins the journey inward. It guides you to stabilize your identity, heal your patterns, and generate internal coherence. You do not fix your life from the outside. You build from within. This book is your foundation for building the internal structure of your Authentic Self.

Creating Ease @Work shifts the field around you. In a world of deadlines and demands, this book helps you preserve your center, lead from clarity, and build sustainable success. It is not about performance. It is about aligned contribution — from your truth, not your stress.

Creating Ease @Relationships opens the deepest practice. Here, Ease is no longer private. It becomes shared, expressed, tested, and refined through the people in your life.

This book teaches you how to stabilize Respect, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Love, and Success across the real-world complexity of being human, together. No single domain can carry the others.

Together, they create your living architecture — one that does not collapse when life gets loud. If you want Ease that lasts, build it in all three places. Build it in your Self. Build it in your Work. Build it in your Relationships.

As the creator of Feelfulness®, Carmen Sauciuc developed this trademarked system from the ground up—merging neuroscience, metacognition, depth psychology,  and advanced emotional-feeling design into a precise methodology for generating Therapeutic States of Being.

Feelfulness® is an original system. It teaches practitioners how to generate internal states on command, transfer therapeutic presence, and structure emotional-feeling architecture that reorganizes the client’s nervous system from within.

Carmen’s work is rooted in the belief that transformation is not created through insight or performance—but through embodied structure.

As your instructor, she teaches from lived mastery: modeling how to feel a feeling by choice, install internal scaffolding through Neuro-Language Constructs, and stabilize metacognition coherence for lasting identity evolution.
